past present future

... I was listening to a TED talk on NPR,
and the subject was time

... one thing, which was said by one of
the speakers, was that there really
is no such thing as the present

... if there is no present, what does the word
is mean?

... he said it's either in the past, or
it is part of the future, implying that the
present moment is nothing but
an illusionary boundary layer between
past and future

... well I beg to differ with the speaker

... the present can be defined as the
interval of time where your material
atoms actually exist

... this interval, although extremely
short, slides along the Time axis toward
the future

... it is within this tiny interval that
we experience our consciousness, and
we exercise our free will by projecting
toward the future

... otherwise, our material bodies just
leave trails of neutrinos behind in
space-time, it's called the Akashic Record

... into the future, we emanate our desires
forward by our dreams and daydreams

... they claim alien spacecraft are controlled
by thoughts, there is no joy stick to
play with
