unripened fruit

... one great thing about Krishna Conciousness,
is that once you surrender to Krishna, and get
a toehold on the transcendental plane, He never
forgets you, even if you fall down from the
state of goodness, and no human is perfect after all

... another blessing given to you, is that the
illusion of Maya no longer has any hold on you.
As a matter of fact, it seems that the demons who
previously tormented you under the influence of
Maya, now act for your benefit, constantly reminding
you of what true perfection is, by keeping you
aware of what a terrible world the material existence is

... the Srimad Bhagavatam says that either you serve
Krishna, or you serve Maya, and Maya is always there
to snare and trap anyone who strays from serving Krishna

... according to the teachings, I am now unripened fruit,
meaning that although I am qualified to be a devotee,
because of chanting the Maha Mantra and following the
4 regulative principles, I am not surrounded by other
devotees

... one needs to be in association with other devotees,
in order for my spiritual progress to continue, to ripen
like a basket of fruit all ripens together by their
ethane emissions

... right now, I am surrounded by sudras and worse chandalas.

... recently a young boy asked me what would you do if
surrounded by a pack of wolves, and was weaponless, what
would you do?

... I've learned now: chant the Maha Mantra :-)
